How we could develop it
We could develop a responsive portal with separate client and team permissions, a project timeline, file sharing, and approval workflows. The first version would focus on one repeatable project process.
A possible first release
A potential MVP would let a team create a project, invite a client, share deliverables, and record approvals. Billing integrations and reporting could follow after the core workflow is tested.
